Real estate crowdlending in Chile

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that would be hard to reach individually.

Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that go to a specific project. Once the construction is finished and the targets are met, the profits are distributed proportionally among all participants.

This model allows people with little capital to invest in large projects, such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the refurbishment of existing buildings — something increasingly relevant in the context of Chile's urban development.

Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the privilege of large developers or investment funds: today, anyone who wants to can take part in it.

You choose the project that interests you most, decide how much you want to invest, and follow the construction progress through the platform. Once the project is completed, you receive your share of the profits.
