These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website lexqora.com, owned by Lexqora SpA, RUT 77.892.345-6. Mere access to the site implies full acceptance of these conditions, in accordance with applicable Chilean law.

1. Subject matter

Lexqora provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Chile, as well as a subscription form to receive investment opportunities in residential towers and urban developments.

2. Informational nature

The site content is informational and does not constitute investment advice. Any investment decision must be taken by the user after reading the corresponding prospectus and, if needed, after consulting a professional licensed in Chile.

3. Investment risks

Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including the risk of total or partial loss of capital. Past or estimated returns do not guarantee future yields.

4. Regulatory framework

Lexqora operates under Chilean Law 21.521 (Fintec Law) and is registered in the Financial Service Providers Registry of the Chilean Financial Market Commission (CMF), Resolution No. 4187/2026.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, code, trademarks) is owned by Lexqora SpA or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Use of the site

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, avoiding any conduct that may damage the system, the data or the rights of Lexqora or third parties.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we reserve the right to suspend it for maintenance.

To the maximum extent allowed by Chilean law, Lexqora shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago.
