At Lexqora SpA ("Lexqora", "we") we take the protection of personal data of our users and investors in Chile seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share the information collected through the website lexqora.com, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and the Chilean regulations in force in 2026.

2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) contact data you give us voluntarily when subscribing (name and email); (ii) technical browsing data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser); (iii) cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
We process your data to: (a) reply to your enquiries and send you new real estate investment opportunities; (b) comply with Chilean legal obligations, including Law 21.521 (Fintec) and the rules of the Financial Market Commission; (c) improve the security and performance of the site.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when completing the subscription form and, where applicable, on legal obligations or legitimate interests compatible with Chilean law.
5. Retention
We will keep your data while your subscription remains active and for a maximum of 5 years from your last interaction, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers (email, hosting, analytics) under data processing agreements, and with Chilean authorities when legally required.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights and request portability or the limitation of processing by writing to privacy@lexqora.com with a copy of your Chilean ID.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access control and audit logs.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy reflecting legal or operational changes. The current version will be published at this same URL with the updated date.
10. Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint before the Chilean Council for Transparency or the competent Chilean courts.
